At Sercari, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not entirely pleased with your order, please review our return and refund policy below:

Returns:

• We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase.
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with tags and receipt or proof of purchase.
• Unfortunately, WE do not offer exchanges at this time.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
